Help Aid Africa has over the years been operating in the major towns of Kenya and Tanzania with its operations including community empowerment ,feeding programs in drought striken areas, school fees sponsorship for needy students,provision of water wells, helping the widows and needy in the society, youth empowerment programs, setting up computer labs for digital learning, child rescue , running children homes among other things.
